Order & Order Confirmation

After placing the order through the website, you will receive a second „Order Confirmation“. In some countries laws differ from the Austrian law. Some calibers might be forbidden. Some countries require a minimum length of barrel i.e.  IGB Austria will therefore check legality, but also if the order is placed properly. I.e. some configurations that can be selected by the barrel and do not make sense in the end. Example: PVD Gold and at same time choosing Black Color.

Customer Data:

This website does not save your data. If you wish to make an inquiry about an order sent through the website, please contact info (@) igbaustria.com  . The website will automatically send you a copy of the order. If you received no copy, please check your email adress.

Returning product:

Unless product is a special „custom made“ barrel, IGB Austria gives you the right to return within 4 weeks from receipt with money-back garantee.

Warranty:

IGB Austria is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Therefore you get a 5 year warranty on the product material and craftmanship, provided factory ammo has been used.

Shipping

Europe and Austria:

Unless otherwise instructed, IGB Austria uses courier services. The package arrives within 2 and 4 businessdays, depending on country. Customer will be able to follow package through the internet online tracking of the courier service.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are highly depending on the package size. Generally you may calculate that orders below 500 Euro have shipping & handling costs of Euro 19,50 inside Europe and Euro 8,60 inside Austria.

Payment Options:

Once your order is confirmed, we will give you following payment options: Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card ( MC, Visa).

Europa:

Please check  your national gun laws on the requirements for importing a gun barrel. IGB Austria provided on this page Information and samples of such documents. If no paperwork can be presented, the product is not shipped and the money – if paid already – will be refunded.

Austria

If you purchase a barrel at IGB Austria, we will register the barrel in the „Central Gun Registry“ of Austria. A copy of the registration is sent to you for your files.

If you are a dealer and if you are not yet listed at the IGB Austria Database, pls contact us by email. We will provide legal information. Further IGB Austria will need your VAT Number for taxfree shipments inside European Union.
